Mary Grace — Owner, Bodyworker and Visionary

Mary Grace

Mary brings eleven years of experience teaching adult and community education into her practice of holistic health. Certified in massage therapy in 1994, she has done extensive continuing education in the fields of subtle energy, flower essences and intuitive development. She has extensively studied with several of the world's most respected flower essence manufacturers.

Her business, Unwindings, offers services in several types of massage, acupuncture and reflexology as well as teaching a variety of classes in wellness, self healing, and spiritual development. In addition, through her Feng Shui consulting practice, Spaces of Grace, Mary brings people and their environments into harmony, creating well-being for both.

Mary is noted for her practical and entertaining approach to healing reflected in the mission of Unwindings: to have fun and be of service.

Marcia Ignelzi — Practitioner of Acupuncture enhanced with Qi Gong and Reiki

Marcia Ignelzi

A registered nurse practicing since 1982 specializing in neonatal care, Marcia attended Oregon College of Oriental Medicine's master's degree program of Traditional Chinese Medicine for four years. While there, she studied three and a half years of qi gong, an ancient style of energy work for balancing body, mind and spirit.

Michi Rose, PhD, MSW — Educator & Counselor

Michi has a Ph.D. in the biological basis of behavior, a Master's Degree in education and a Master's in social work. Her postdoctoral training was in human behavior and communication at the University of London, U.K. She has given presentations to a variety of audiences and has trained therapists in cities across the country.

Michi has developed Confidence Cookbook™: Recipes for Wisdom, Love, and Power — as a new way of creating self-confidence. She teaches a unique path to core confidence that will help you relieve your stress. Michi gives workshops, trainings, and sessions in person and by telephone (269-353-3380) in this exciting new approach to personal growth.

Michael Hersey — Channeler

Michael Hersey lives with his family in a rural community in Kentucky. He became a professional numerologist in 1979 and has channeled the Ascended Master Sanhia since 1985. Michael has channeled for numerous groups and many individuals throughout the country.

Sanhia ascended as an Apache Indian during Pre-Columbian times along with his life partner Analaya. During the time of Jesus, Sanhia was the disciple named Thomas. His service now is primarily in support of those who have chosen an ascension path.

Sanhia models and teaches unconditional love and forgiveness. He has a gentle, humorous manner, but tells people exactly what they need to hear in that moment. Sanhia encourages people to take full responsibility for everything in their experience and to understand the perfection of their creations. He teaches people how to live more in the present moment.

Sanhia works most often through individual sessions, either in person or over the phone and can incorporate numerology if requested. Sanhia also works with groups, though the focus is usually on dialoguing with members of the group rather than giving a prepared message.
